Want to find out more about how we operate? Here are some of our standards, hours, scenarios and recommendations for when you come out to one of our paintball parks!

Below is information regarding how the Park runs. Need other information? Click on one of these links:

HOURS:
Friday: 5:00pm – 9:00pm
Saturday: 11:00am – 9:00pm
Sunday: 11:00am – 6:00pm
Monday – Thursday: Reservation only

RENTAL EQUIPMENT:
Our standard rental guns are the Tippmann 98 (a high-quality, widely-used semi-automatic paintball marker). We also rent full-faced masks and compressed air tanks. An ID card is held for rental equipment until the gear is returned at the end of play.

FORMAT:
We give an orientation to explain the game rules, safety guidelines and rental gear. Immediately after that, we chrono  (check and regulate how fast everyone’s guns are shooting) the paintguns, and start the first set of games. Players are divided up into Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced groups, so that everyone is playing with others at their same skill-level. Players average 12 to 16 games in a full day. Each game lasts 15-25 minutes, depending on the number of players in a group and the type of game. After a two-game set on a field, the players return to the staging area for a short break to grab a snack, hydrate, fill up air/co2 tanks, and grab more paintballs before going to a different field for another two-game set. Players continue rotating through our 4 fields during the day.

GAMES:
The most common paintball game is “Capture the Flag.” Players are divided into two equal teams, and each team has a flag at their base. If you can cross the field, pull their flag, and bring it back to your base before they capture yours, you win. Another common game scenario is “Center Flag,” where there is only one flag in the middle of the field. Your team has to get the flag and push through your opponents to hang it at their base. We also can play “Elimination,” where there is no flag and only total annihilation of the opposition wins, and “Attack & Defend,” where a small force must hold a defensive position against the attack of a larger force. The diversity of our 4 different playing fields allows you to have different varieties of play.

WHAT TO WEAR:
Wear lose-fitting clothing, outdoor shoes, and gloves. Long pants and long-sleeve shirts are highly recommended, but we also recommend wearing layers, in case you get hot. You will get dirty from diving, rolling and crawling in the brush, but the paintball splats wash out.

PAINTBALLS:
Our individual Rental Packages include 500 rounds. We typically say that 500 rounds will last you 2-2.5 hours, or about 8-10 games for most players. However, you can also buy paintballs in 1,000 and 2,000 rounds.

AGE & SAFETY RULES:
We recommend players be 10 years or older. Kids as young as 9 years old can play paintball as long as they can take direction and tolerate being hit with a paintball. Normally kids who are used to playing contact sports (hockey, football, etc) do well. We will allow younger children to play with parents’ consent and a completed liability waiver (available here). For a gentler version of play, see our Splatmaster page. Splatmaster can be played by kids as young as 6 years old!
